IBHIL is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria (BN:2107189/CAC /IT/No: 1236700) IBHIL’s areas of focus are on, Research, Data capturing, Data Collection and Analysis, Independent Verification Agency (IVA), Capacity Building/Training, Medical Mission/Outreaches, Monitoring and Evaluation services on health issues like Neonatal and child health, Immunization, Nutrition, maternal health, reproductive and sexual health, health system strengthening, policy and strategy, advocacy for uptake of services and disease prevention.
IBHIL’s activities are spread throughout Nigeria. Our profile has continued to grow over the years through supporting and building networks/coalitions; carrying out huge projects with support from the World Bank, Global Fund, National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP), National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), National Agency for Control of AIDS. (NACA), To mention these few, Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA) and state Governments. Ibolda Health International Limited is a firm of experienced, certified Performance-based Contract/Financing (PBC/F) experts, Public Health Experts/Physician, Researchers, M&E/Data Specialists, IT/ICT Experts, Health Economist, Survey Sampling Statisticians, Educationists, Demographers, Computer Scientists and GIS specialist with a mission to transfer skills and excel in the delivery of high-quality services using modern techniques. We have a principal consultant who serves as the technical head of the firm and overall coordinator of firm activities. He has over 20 year of experience in; Research, M&E, and Survey design including data collection, analysis, Report writing, and dissemination. We also have Associate consultants who coordinate specific projects. The Associate Consultants have over 20 years of field experience and have worked in all parts (Zones) of the Nation. We have field supervisors in all states of the nation who are residents in the respective states with over 15 years’ experience in field organization and data collection and supervision in their respective states.

Ibolda Health International Limited is among the pioneer Indigenous firms trained and certified by the World Bank in Performance-based Financing (PBF) to perform Independent Verification Agency. and Ibolda Health was subsequently engaged as an IVA in Yobe (15 LGAs) State by the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) with funding from the World Bank (April 2018 to March 2019). 8 We are currently carrying out IVA Accelerating Nutrition Result in Nigeria (ANRiN) in 11 states of Nigeria. We have modern computers with high capacity and speed that can handle large volumes of data for analysis and storage; we have various statistical software packages that can be used to adequately capture large volumes of data. Our software packages for data capturing and analysis are the latest in the market. We use CSPro, data entry software that is robust and has an inbuilt programming to track entry errors, such as Skip errors, Inconsistency errors, Range errors, and Completeness checks. Our software allows for efficient and easy exporting into various commonly used analysis packages such as; Survey CTO Collect, SPSS, SAS, STATA, EPI-info, EXCEL, MS-Access, etc. We can also carry out data capturing and analysis using less robust software such as EPI-info, and SPSS if the client so desires. We do simple descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of complex survey design, calculations of sampling errors, calculation of design effects, and sampling weights using modern appropriate software. We have appropriate statistical software packages and human resources for the calculation of indices (such as means, mode, median, regression, correlation, log-linear analysis, non-parametric test, etc.) with their associated confidence interval, standard errors, and design effects.
We offer training and capacity building to various stakeholders using our team of highly qualified specialists in various fields. Our training procedure includes situational analysis, training need and gap analysis, development of curriculum, training activity using training manual, power-point presentation, role play, and group work.
We have been actively working in the South West of Nigeria since 2012 in partnership with the National Agency for Control of AIDS (NACA) in implementing Health intervention projects funded by the Global Fund in 2012 and the World Bank between 2014 and 2017. Ibolda Health International Limited as the performance monitoring service support organization provided support to the Southwest States Agency for Control of AIDS (SACAs) and HIV AIDS Fund (HAF) 2 implementing Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in carrying out their core responsibility of tracking the progress of HIV AIDS Fund (HAF 2) projects in the six (6) South-Western states implementing HAF II projects covering HIV Prevention, Care and support activities as well as monitoring their adherence to key national guidelines. We worked with Ninety-Two (92) Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Nineteen (19) Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, Ogun, and Lagos States to ensure the following:
Among Technical assistance (TA) services provided by Ibolda Monitoring and Evaluation Officers include capacity building on the proper use of monitoring and evaluation tools, mentoring of the CSOs M&E and program officers on the use of DHIS reporting template and proper validation of data, Data Quality Assurance (DQA), Data Standard Check (DSC) and on spot check and mentoring in our routine performance monitoring. We developed performance monitoring tracking tools to capture the performance and progress of each HAF 2 implementing CSO under review. To track all the activities of the CSOs, a supervisory checklist was developed to track the competency and quality of service delivery of the CSOs in all the activities being implemented. For effective response towards strengthening integrated delivery of HIV and AIDS services by the HAF 2 implementing CSOs, mentoring and capacity building was done by all the state Performance Monitoring Service Support Organization Monitoring and Evaluation Officers. To track all the activities of the CSOs, a supervisory checklist was developed to track the competency and quality of service delivery of the CSOs in all the activities that were implemented. Quarterly review meetings were held with all the CSOs and provided opportunities for feedback and monitoring of performance improvement.
